Extra and co-curricular activities and clubs play a major role in student life at Eastern Regional High Schools. More than sixty separate teams, clubs or groups designed to complement the academic program are available to the student body. In addition to twenty-four athletic teams, including two separate cheerleading squads, students participate in:

• Student Government (Student Council and class activities)
• Fine Arts (Drama and Musical Theater, Team Theater, Instrumental and Vocal Music Ensembles, Marching Band, Student Newspaper and Yearbook)
• Honors Societies (Art, French, Latin, Spanish, Thespian, and Tri-M Music Honor Societies.)

• Service Organizations (Cultural Diversity Club, Interact, Key Club, National Honor Society, SUCCESS Club, and Student Alliance)

• Co-curricular Organizations (Academic Challenge, Chess Club, Coding Club, Debate Club, D.E.C.A., E.S.C.A.P.E., ESports, Fashion, Girls Who Start, GSA Network, Math League, Mock Trial Team, Model UN Team, Poetry Our Loud, Robotics Team, Science League, Stock Market, and TV/Media Club.)
