CHANGE OF STUDENT CONTACT INFORMATION

  • Please submit the following information for changing the student's address or other current demographic information such as parental contact information, current guardianship of a student, etc. Please note that all address changes are to be supported with residency documentation just like is required with new enrollments.  Other changes that require documentation support should be emailed to ckendall@eccrsd.us.

    If you have just moved into a new address, please provide whatever documentation you have currently available and then supporting documents can be submitted 30 days after the move-in or when available.

STEP TWO: Provide Documentation for Support

  • Recently purchased new home? Email proof of purchase such as Deed, Mortgage, Tax Assessment, Seller's Agreement, etc.
  • Renting/Leasing Apartment or House? Email the current lease agreement showing your name, the address, and the leasing term dates
  • Other living situation? Visit the Proof of Address website for more information about what documents should be provided according to the residency situation of the student

HOW TO SUBMIT PAPERWORK

    • All documents can be emailed to ckendall@eccrsd.us by any of the following methods:

      • Scanning the documents and attaching in an email
      • Using a Smartphone or other device to take pictures of the documents and attach in an email
      • For any electronic documents, take a screenshot of the document and attach in an email
