The World Language Department at Eastern Regional High School offers students the opportunity to develop the communication skills and cultural understanding needed to thrive in today's interconnected world. Our curriculum is aligned with the 2020 New Jersey Student Learning Standards for World Languages and is designed to prepare students for success in college, careers, and global citizenship.
Students can choose from Spanish, French, and Latin, with courses that encourage meaningful communication, critical thinking, and an appreciation for diverse cultures and perspectives. Through the study of world languages, students gain valuable skills that enable them to communicate effectively both in person and through digital platforms while building connections with people from around the world.
Whether students are pursuing college, entering the workforce, or simply expanding their understanding of the world, our World Language program provides a strong foundation for lifelong learning and global engagement.
