Eastern Education Foundation
The Eastern Education Foundation, Inc. (EEF) is the non-profit fundraising arm of Eastern Camden Co. Regional School District. Teachers, club organizers, and student groups count on EEF to fund events, projects, trips and educational activities not budgeted by Eastern H.S. We work closely with school administrators, parent organizations, community groups and local businesses.
Only the EEF funds projects across all 'Four As' of the Eastern H.S. experience: Athletics, Academics, Arts, and Activities.
The EEF is a tax-exempt organization, so contributions are tax-deductible.
As with any volunteer group, the EEF is always looking for new blood to infuse new ideas and concepts for fundraising. Should you have an interest in joining not only a marvelous organization, but also a terrific group of people, please email me.
David Cheatham, President
All of the funds we raise and distribute are through the efforts of the Board of Trustees. The EEF is comprised of community residents, mostly parents of current or former Eastern students. We meet as a group to discuss fund-raising activities and to vote on the distribution of funds. We work closely with school administrators, teachers, other parent organizations, community groups and local businesses.
The EEF also provides scholarship funds for graduating Eastern H.S. seniors.
