On June 30, 2025, S-4654 was signed into law, amending the legal notice requirements under the Open Public Meetings Act (OPMA). Effective March 1, 2026, public entities are required to publish their legal notices directly on their official website rather than in newspapers.

This page serves as the official location for all legal notices issued by the ECCRSD in compliance with the updated OPMA requirements.
