- Transcript Release Form for Current Students submit to your counselor.
- Athletics Transcript Release Form submit to your counselor.
- Midyear Transcript Release Form submit to your counselor.
- To process Education Verification Requests, the following information is required: a signed or electronic release from the former student, full name (maiden) while attending Eastern, entire date of birth (month/date/year), and dates of entry/exit. Email the requests to kspinogatti@eccrsd.us.
