Student Parking Application

All students who wish to drive to school during the 2025–2026 school year must complete a new parking permit application, even if they were issued a permit in a previous year. Applications may only be accessed using the student email address from Eastern (@eccrsd.us). The form will not permit access from any other email addresses (e.g., @gmail.com).

  • Qualifications for a Parking Permit Hang Tag

    To be eligible, students must meet all of the following criteria:

    1. Hold a valid New Jersey driver’s license.
    2. Own or have regular access to a vehicle.
    3. Be a member of the junior or senior class.
    4. Have no outstanding obligations (e.g., fines, disciplinary issues, etc.).
    5. Complete the APPLICATION (Hyper Link) process using their @eccrsd.us Eastern email address, which includes uploading the following:

    (Please have pictures or scanned documents ready before applying)

    • A copy of the student’s valid driver’s license
    • A copy of the current vehicle registration
    • A signed Acknowledgment Statement (signed by both student and parent/guardian regardless of the age of the student.)

     

    Application Review Process

    Once your application is submitted and reviewed, you will receive an email to your ECCRSD student email account with one of the following outcomes:

    • Approval: Instructions will be provided for picking up your parking hang tag.
    • Denial: You will receive the reason(s) for the denial and what steps are needed to become eligible.

     

    Student Parking Guidelines

    • Students must park only in the designated area during school hours.
    • All student parking spaces are marked with white lines and are angled.
      Parking in unauthorized areas will result in administrative consequences—no exceptions.

     

    Additional Information

    • Parking spaces are limited and will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • Seniors may purchase a preferred parking space, which may be painted. All other spaces are general (unassigned).
    • Distribution of hang tags will begin on August 28, 2025. Further instructions will be included in the approval email.

    If you receive an error message stating you are using an unauthorized email, double check the email you are using to be certain it is a valid Eastern email address. If it is, kindly email transportation@eccrsd.us. If it is not, change the email address and try again. You must use an @eccrsd.us email address to complete the application; all other email addresses will be denied access.
