Seniors:

Please take a moment and fill out 3 brief Surveys on Naviance:

1. Graduation Survey  
2. Graduation Cap Survey      
3. Naviance Question

THESE SURVEYS ARE MANDATORY GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS.

The Guidance Department will not be able to send your Final Transcript to the college you are attending without these surveys being completed, as they take the place of a transcript release form.  

To avoid jeopardizing your admission status, please follow the steps below.  

                 - You can access a video tutorial for this task on the ERHS website.  

     -You must have these surveys completed by Friday, May 17th.

    -Go to https://student.naviance.com/auth/fclookup  and sign in with your username (should be your school email) and password.

To BEGIN the Surveys:

Survey 1 - From your Naviance home page, hover over the circle containing your initials in the top right.  

          Click  “Surveys From Your School,” then click  “Graduation Survey.”

Step 1 – Indicate your post high school plans from the dropdown menu

Step 2 – Update the list of colleges that you applied to, if any.  Then, for each college, indicate the appropriate results.  Under the college’s name, please select the appropriate option (Attending, Never Applied, etc).  Then, on the first drop down, indicate the Final Decision.  You should only select Accepted, Denied or Withdrawn for this option.  If you were waitlisted, deferred or you did not apply/did not finish an application, use WITHDRAWN.

Step 3 - Then, please provide the names and amounts of ALL of the grants and scholarships you have been OFFERED, even if you will not use the scholarship/grant.  REMEMBER, IF THE GRANT OR SCHOLARSHIP IS RENEWABLE OVER ALL FOUR YEARS, MULTIPLY THE AMOUNT BY FOUR AND ENTER THIS AMOUNT.  

Be sure to hit  “Submit  Responses” at the bottom of the page in order to save your answers.

 Survey 2 -  Click on the next Survey named “Graduation Cap,” provide your name and answer 1 question. 

—>Go Back to the “Surveys from My School” page and complete survey 3.

 Survey 3 - Click on the final Survey named “Naviance Question” and answer 3 questions. 

That’s it!  5 Minutes - It’s that easy!
