Seniors:

Please take a moment and fill out 3 brief Surveys on Naviance:

1. Graduation Survey   2. Graduation Cap Survey    3. Naviance Question

THESE SURVEYS ARE MANDATORY GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS.

The Guidance Department will not process your final transcript without these surveys being completed in advance.  Please follow the steps below.  You must have these surveys completed by Monday, June 1st.

Go to http://connection.naviance.com/eastern and sign in with your username (should be your school email) and password.*

*Due to Naviance updates, your password may not work.  A new, temporary password will be sent automatically to your EHS email address.  Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

1. Click on the following links:  “About Me” then “My Surveys” then “Surveys To Take” and, finally, “Graduation Survey.”

Step 1 – Indicate your post high school plans from the dropdown menu

Step 2 – Update the list of colleges that you applied to, if any.  Then, on the 1st dropdown menu for that school, indicate if you were Waitlisted, Deferred, or if this status is N/A.  On the 2nd dropdown menu, indicate your status.  You should only select Accepted, Denied or Withdrawn.  If you were waitlisted, deferred or you did not apply/finish an application, use WITHDRAWN.

Step 3 – From the dropdown menu, select the college you will be attending and indicate your field of study (major).  YOU MUST CLICK “UPDATE” TO SAVE THIS INFORMATION.    We will automatically send your final transcript to this school – no need for a release form. Athletes still need to complete release forms for NCAA. 

Step 4 - Provide the names and amounts of all the grants and scholarships you have been OFFERED, even if you will not use the scholarship/grant.  REMEMBER, IF THE GRANT OR SCHOLARSHIP IS RENEWABLE OVER ALL FOUR YEARS, MULTIPLY THE AMOUNT BY FOUR AND ENTER THIS AMOUNT.

BE SURE TO HIT “CONTINUE” in EACH SECTION TO SAVE YOUR INFORMATION 

2. Click on the next Survey named “Graduation Cap” and answer this question.  

3. Click on the final Survey named “Naviance Question” and answer 3 questions.  

That’s it!  5 Minutes - It’s that easy!
