October 3rd SATs

* Masks are to be worn at all times!  No exceptions.  Anyone not in compliance will be dismissed.  We will try to have scheduled breaks for snacks outside, if possible, so everyone can have a “mask break”.

* Plan to arrive by 7:30am.

* Bring the supplies you need - pencils, calculators, snacks.  No items can be shared!

* A minimum of six feet social distancing will be required at all times.  You will be seated as far apart as possible, but please keep in mind during breaks, at the bathrooms, entering and exiting the building, a minimum of six feet must be maintained!

* An online health screening must be completed through Google Form on the day of the test prior to 7:15AM. The form will not be active until the day of the test.  Links to the health survey will be sent through the student’s Eastern email account on Friday night and be availble here.  You must complete this health form!  If you do not complete this form you will not be admitted.  No exceptions!

* Temperatures of students and proctors will be taken upon entry. Any person with a temperature above 100.4 degrees will not be admitted.

* Any changes to health protocols between now and test day will be observed.

* Standard time groups will be testing in large areas such as the cafes and Learning Center.  These areas have AC and can get chilly.  Wear layers!  Smaller groups, such as subject tests and extra time, will be in air conditioned classrooms, where possible.

* Please enter through the main entrance.  After your temperature is taken go to the check-in table to find your testing locations.  Go directly to your testing locations.
