Student Will NOT be Attending ERHS

Though you do not plan to send your student to Eastern Regional High School, if you live within our district, we are responsible for providing transportation services or "Aide-in-Lieu" should services not be available for in-state schools (out of state private/choice schools may not qualify for any aide).
If your student resides in the district but is attending a school OUTSIDE of the State of NJ, please only complete the information found in the 1st column below.

Important information to be submitted to ERHS

General Student Information
We will need basic demographics and contact information for your student. Please complete the Non-Eastern Student Information Form and then email a copy of the student's birth certificate to ckendall@eccrsd.us

Proof of In-District Address Required
We will need current proof of in-district address on file per the new policies of the Camden County Commission Services. Please visit the Proof of Address webpage for information of what documentation can be emailed to either the Transportation Coordinator at transportation@eccrsd.us or Mrs. Cynthia Kendall at ckendall@eccrsd.us
Transportation Information

AIDE IN LIEU VOUCHER
Once in the fall semester, and once in the spring semester, you will receive a postcard from the Camden County Educational Services Commission in the mail. Using the unique entry code on the postcard, visit the Aide-in-Lieu voucher website to submit your request for your student.

Private School in New Jersey
The Private School in which your student is enrolled should provide you the B6T Transportation Application Form. If you have not been sent this form, contact the private school immediately.

Camden County Technical School
If your student will be attending CCTS in either Gloucester Twp or Pennsauken, please go to the Bus Information website and complete information as directed.

Choice School in New Jersey
If your student is attending a "choice school" in the state of New Jersey, that school should submit the Choice School Application form to the Transportation Coordinator in order for ERHS to process transportation services for your student.
