Please be sure to review the checklist and submit as much information as you have available as applicable to your student. Please note that the timing of the enrollment process is entirely based on how quickly we receive complete information.
NOTE: 2024-2025 Enrollment will be open after May 1st. Any paperwork received before that time will not be reviewed until after May 1st.
New Student Enrollment Checklist

To ensure your student is eligible for enrollment, please review the Enrollment Policies and Procedures found on the first page before continuing with the enrollment process: https://www.eccrsd.us/domain/99
- Completed Enrollment Form/Student Information (submit one form per student being enrolled)
- EMAIL copy of Student's Birth Certificate (to ckendall@eccrsd.us)
- EMAIL copy of Student Custody/Guardianship Documentation if applicable (to ckendall@eccrsd.us)
- Proof of Address documentation (visit the Website for more information about the documentation needed based on the residency situation)

OWN? Will need a primary document supporting ownership and (unless recently purchased) three current supporting documents
RENT? Will need a copy of a current lease and (unless just moving in or not yet moved in) three current supporting documents

Please complete this survey for your rising 9th grader: Freshman Supports Evaluation Survey - EMAIL copy of final grades from ALL previous years in high school (can be report cards or unofficial transcript) as well as current grades if enrolling during the school year (for any students who took Algebra I in 8th grade, we will need a copy of final grades from 8th grade as well)

- Copy of NJ State Transfer Card (if transferring from NJ public school) OR Withdrawal Confirmation Notice from the previous school (Private School or outside of NJ)
- Immunization Records (Review the NJ Immunization Requirements)
