• EHRS conducts an annual review of residency documentation for all currently enrolled students.  While the initial enrollment process requires more specific items to meet requirements, the renewal process requires less effort to alleviate potential difficulties, especially in light of the challenges faced since the start of the pandemic.

    Please follow the steps below for our simplified residency renewal process:

    STEP ONE: click on and complete the Verification of Residency Form or click HERE to DOWNLOAD to form
    This form is your confirmation that you and your student(s) continue to reside at the address we have on record.  If your address is different than what we have on record, please visit the Change of Address website as noted on the form.

    STEP TWO: email TWO current documents to to complete the annual renewal of residency process.  

    All documents can be emailed to by any of the following methods:

    • Scanning the documents and attaching them in an email
    • Using a Smartphone to take pictures of documents and attach them to an email
    • For any electronic documents, take a screenshot of the document and attach it to an email
